Eco Warriors
The Eco warriors meet every week to weed the garden and grow vegetables and were very pleased to be presented with a 'Go wild about Gardens' Award by the Mayor of Gravesend for the Wildlife aspects of our school site, this year. We had a cooking club after school with the community chef Meryl O'Shea, picking the produce from the allotment and then making some delicious recipes. We also used the produce in school dinners. Liz Read from the Grand has been helping the ECO warriors with many ideas and lots of the hard work.
